The Drivers Airport answers all of your questions to facilitate your trips to Lyon airport.

You can book a shuttle in a few clicks on Drivers Airport, or by calling us directly on 0033 (0)7 82 75 25 36. You’ll be put through directly to one of our dedicated advisers.

You can then make a booking and you will receive an email confirming your booking.

You can also book by clicking on the “Bookings” tab in the top-right hand corner or throughout the website.

The easy browsing of our website allows you to book your shuttle yourself by choosing your time slot and destination.

You will also receive an email confirming the booking of your chauffeur.

Once you’ve arrived at the airport, collect your bags. You can now join your previously booked chauffeur.

It’s at this point that we take care of you, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal with an illuminated sign with your name on. So you can find them with no problems. You are taken care of as soon as you get off the flight until you reach your door.

You’ve booked your chauffeur on our website. You’ve received a booking confirmation email. But it’s normal, if you booked a while ago, for you to think that we might have forgotten you!

Luckily your reservation has been saved onto our system. You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours before your departure, going over all the information regarding your upcoming trip. What’s more, the chauffeur contacts you 10 minutes before their arrival via SMS to let you know they’re coming. So you can feel reassured!

We offer you several options for paying for your fare. You can pay in cash or by card once you arrive at your destination with the chauffeur.

It’s also possible to pay in advance, if you request bank details, or for groups.

You payment will follow your fare in your file, so if you have paid online, you chauffeur won’t ask you to pay at the end of the fare.

You’ve booked a fare with Drivers Airport, unfortunately for some reason, no matter what it is, you can’t honour it…

Let us know as soon as possible by phone or email. Your fare will be cancelled and no charge will be applied.

We do everything we can to ensure that you can travel with us.

You can specify how many people, and bags, you will have upon arrival or departure, and we will adapt.

We therefore have car seats for children, even very young ones, and at no extra cost to you!

Yes, the price of night-time journeys are 10% higher, between 10pm and 6am.

The price given upon booking is fixed, and remains fixed if there is a delay. As these are events which are out of your control.

The only condition where the price may change, is when the chauffeur is waiting and the delayed arrival moves into the night-time prices.
